USER AGREEMENT FOR SOCOMEA

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using the Socomea application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Socomea is a mobile application that enables users to share their contact information with other users who are physically nearby, using location-based technology.

4. USER CONDUCT

You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information

- Not harass, stalk, or harm other users
- Not use the App for commercial solicitation
- Not attempt to reverse engineer the App

5. AGE RESTRICTION

You must be 13 years or older to use the App. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you need parental consent to use the App.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

11. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California.
